Lauren Tracy moved to Mammoth in 2005, during one of the best winters on record. An avid snowboarder and runner, she fell in love with the area immediately and began working at a top real estate company as a licensed real estate assistant to the branch’s top producing agent. During her seven year tenure, she was an early adopter of virtual tours for all her listings. As a professional photographer, she regularly offered superlative architectural photography to her clients. During her time there, she played an integral role in more than 250 closed escrows.

Lauren was born and raised in Manhattan Beach and headed north to Berkeley for college. While she was studying English Literature and Business, she joined the snowboard team and spent five winters in Lake Tahoe teaching snowboarding at Boreal and Alpine Meadows as an AASI certified snowboard instructor as well as competing in half-pipe, slopestyle and boardercross USASA competitions. In real estate, Lauren brings a wide variety of skills to the table involving both a creative and business background. Her diversity is the key to her success in this business which few other agents can match.
