Free Public transportation is outside the front door to go anywhere in Mammoth. Shuttle access is 1 mi away at Village. Canyon closes approx. April 15th for skiing then opens the Mountainbike Park. Check with Mammoth Mtn for updates.
This condo is very spacious and warm with new furnishings and beds. Mountain themed condo. Take advantage of an excellent deal at the closest condos to Canyon Lodge. 2 master suites inside. Woodburning fireplace in the living room. Views to Mammoth Mountain and Laurel Mountain. Front door lockbox code is in the house manual. Host will not be there to meet you on arrival, so feel free to check in anytime after 4pm. No early check-ins please. You are free to use all of the guidebooks inside the condo, coupons, maps, etc. The condo has new bedding, large flatscreen TV in the living room, heated flooring in the master bath, wood burning fireplace with unlimited free wood and electric wall heat. It is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and there is a shuttle stop right outside the condo to take you to the Village at Mammoth. Excellent Wifi inside the condo for streaming movies from your laptop or device. We use a professional cleaning service.
All HOA amenities including pool, spa and clubhouse. Parking garage for 2 vehicles is included.

Canyon Lodge, formerly known as Warming Hut 2, is the 2nd of the 3 base lodges at Mammoth Mountain. This lodge is conveniently located just 1 mile up from the Village at Mammoth and is connected by a gondola! This is a safe and quiet residential neighborhood.
You can access free public transportation just down the street to go anywhere in town. You may bring 2 cars and have covered parking in the parking garage at the condo.
We provide you towels for jacuzzi use. They are located inside the condo. Please do not use the towels provided in the spa area. Charcoal BBQ available by the pool in the summer only. Bring Charcoal.
There is overflow parking for larger vehicles nearby.
