This is a quiet part of town bordering Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. The closest restaurant /bar is the Alpenhof, about a 3 minute stroll from the condo. Canyon Lodge is very close by as well and you can walk up to the Ski Back trail and ski over to the run. You can also ski back into the home with decent snowpack on the Village Ski Back Trail.
Public transportation is just outside the front door and down on Canyon Blvd.
Please store ski-equipment on the deck. No pets allowed. Please note garage height is restricted at 8′.
